Joplin, Webb City, & Carthage Auto Repair

Asked them to rotate front tires to put on back and put new tires on front. Front tires that should have been moved to the back, was practically new, was not moved to the back. That’s what I get for not checking now 3 weeks later car telling me low thread and sure enough low thread now have to buy tires because they didn’t do their job. Now have to buy new tires because they did not do what I asked for and told me they would do.

(((Disregard previous review... )))I was thin-skinned the day I took offense to what an employee at the desk Said to me. And I should have just let it ride. Was back in the company 10/11/2025 . They were courteous. And took care of my tire needs promptly... I literally have no complaints whatsoever...

I had a tire problem this morning and stopped for a flat repair. I ended up needing four tires. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! Very quick service and more than expected customer service. I highly recommend this local business. We need more customer-oriented business' like Reeve's Tire. Thank you very much for taking care of me today!

These guys really are great- let me just say- I’m a handful- and they always take such great care of me. They are very direct and to the point and they get in and get it done. I am so grateful for these guys and could never thank them enough!!!

So I am not proud to do this but I just can’t let it go. I’m 78. I’ve been going to Carthage store a long time. Eight years. Got an inspection in July. I pulled my Corvette in the usual stall where I had recently had my Jaguar done. . It was my mistake pulling into the stall but it was empty and where they always do them. And it was exactly my appointment time. So the manager and another gentleman came out of the front. Really caught me off guard. He gave me a lecture about I can’t do that and if I hit something insurance would be awful etc. I apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again. But he was really unhappy. So I went up front and tried to apologize again but got nothing other than asking for my address and name. What I am trying to get over is being dressed down like a 14 year old. I had no more conversation and paid the bill. Unfortunately I’ll never go back. As a customer I would have felt much better having been told for insurance purposes customers should park outside and let us drive in and out. Again, my mistake. But I don’t get talked to that way and just let it go easily. I got another inspection due so I’m reminded that treating customers better is a good policy.

Absolutely terrible would not recommend to anyone. Went in to get my tires mount and balanced they said 1hr 30min they would have the truck in and start working on it. 3hrs 30min go by call them and see if there done, they proceeded to tell me yeah we can’t work on your truck cause it has a sway bar link not connected ( sway bar link has nothing remotely close to do with my tires) then said I had wheel spacers on so they couldn’t. They are lazy mechanics I would not recommend this place at all I’ve never been to a tire shop this bad.

Took my car for an alignment, Reeves didn't have my in the shop 5 minutes before the manager Travis tracked me and brought me out to the shop to tell me I needed to replace the upper control arm as they thought the lower control arm as well before they successfully do the alignment. This was after I had replaced one lower control arm and was assured the car in working now aside from needing an alignment by my mechanic. Reeves charged me $90 for this claiming they aligned it as best as they could. I took my car to Ford Fletcher, they aligned the car with NO issues. Reeves tried several times to get me to bring the car in to replace the parts..🤔

Ian and Zach are friendly and helpful and we can count on getting the best service, tires/products and prices at Reeve's in Carthage. My family has taken all of their vehicles there for years for new tires, oil changes, brakes etc. and they get us in and out very quickly.

Got Jeep tires. Work wasn’t checked. They put on the spare on our Jeep door and it was so tight, when we got it home and drove it again, opened the back door, we couldn’t get it closed again without the use of tools. When I called to voice a concern and talked to Mark, I suggested the company review all work before it goes out of the shop. He said he wasn’t sure the worker would even remember our vehicle, but he would speak to him. Didn’t feel in any way confident that that they would change their procedures or speak to anyone about the problems. Due to not being able to drive the vehicle because the back door wouldn’t close, we lost a shift at work. Extremely disappointed and concerning that they weren’t too concerned about the problems.
